Marquette Plaza is bordered by the following streets:

• Bordering street #1: 3 rd Street South
• Bordering street #2: Marquette Avenue
• Bordering street #3: Nicollet Mall
• Bordering street #4: Washington Avenue South

If you enter the building from Marquette Plaza Parking Ramp:

• Take the elevator up to the 2 nd Floor.
• Go left and take the other elevator up to the 10th Floor.
• Our office is in Suite 1075.

If you enter the building from the 1 st floor, main entrance:

• Go right and take the other elevator up to the 10th Floor.
• Our office is in Suite 1075 .

FROM THE NORTH

From I -35W South

• Take I-35W South into Downtown Minneapolis.
• Take the Washington Avenue Exit.
• Right onto Washington Avenue South to 2 nd Avenue South.
• Left onto 2 nd Avenue South to 3 rd Street South.
• Right onto 3 rd Street South.
• IF PARKING AT THE METERS ACROSS THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF MARQUETTE PLAZA:
  • Right onto Marquette Avenue to 250 Marquette Plaza.
  • Building is located on your left. Parking meters are on your right.
• IF PARKING AT THE MARQUETTE PLAZA PARKING RAMP:
  • Continue to follow 3 rd Street South. The parking ramp entrance is on your right between Nicollet Mall and Marquette Avenue.
• IF PARKING AT THE SURFACE LOT ON 3 RD STREET SOUTH AND MARQUETTE AVENUE:
  • Continue to follow 3 rd Street South. The surface lot entrance is on your left between Marquette Avenue and Nicollet Mall.

From I-94 East

• Take I- 94 East into Downtown Minneapolis.
• Take 4 th Street North Exit.
• Stay straight to go onto 4 th Street North.
• Continue to follow 4 th Street South to Marquette Avenue.
• IF PARKING AT THE METERS ACROSS THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF MARQUETTE PLAZA:
  • Left onto Marquette Avenue to 250 Marquette Plaza.
  • Building is located on your left. Parking meters are on your right.
• IF PARKING AT THE MARQUETTE PLAZA PARKING RAMP:
  • Left onto Marquette Avenue to 3 rd Street South.
  • Left on 3 rd Street South. The parking ramp entrance is on your right between Marquette Avenue and Nicollet Mall.

From I -35W North

• Take I-35W North into Downtown Minneapolis.
• Move to the left two lanes when you near the I-35W Downtown Exits.
• Take 5 th Avenue South/MN-65 Exit on the left.
• Continue to follow 5 th Avenue South.
• Left onto 3 rd Street South.
• IF PARKING AT THE METERS ACROSS THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF MARQUETTE PLAZA:
  • Right onto Marquette Avenue to 250 Marquette Plaza.
  • Building is located on your left. Parking is on your right.

From I-94 West

• Take I-94W into Downtown Minneapolis.
• Take the 5 th Street Exit. (Exit #234B).
• Right at stop sign onto 11 th Avenue South. (The stop sign is directly in front of the Metrodome. It is the only way to turn right off the 5th Street Exit.)
• Continue to follow 11th Avenue South to Washington Avenue.
• Left onto Washington Avenue.
• Left onto 2 nd Avenue South.
• Right onto 3 rd Street South.
• IF PARKING AT THE METERS ACROSS THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF MARQUETTE PLAZA:
  • Right onto Marquette Avenue to 250 Marquette Plaza.
