Minneapolis, Minnesota Office Leah D. Simonson is a Senior Paralegal at Igbanugo Partners Int’l Law Firm, PLLC. With over 13 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, Ms. Simonson is well versed in all aspects of immigrant and non-immigrant business immigration law. Prior to joining Igbanugo Partners, she held Paralegal positions at Hassan & Reed, Ltd. and the former law firm of Blackwell Igbanugo, P.A. In these positions, she assisted in the preparation and filing of both family and employment-based immigration applications and petitions. Currently, Ms. Simonson performs a wide variety of duties that require general knowledge of Business Immigration Law and Procedures. She acts as a liaison between firm attorneys and corporate client in-house counsel, management, human resource and personnel departments ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely fashion. She assists attorneys with the drafting of applications and petitions and provides the most up-to-date client case status information via the firm’s on-line case management system.
